Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Mod4U® offers you the possibility to perform online CRM or Customer Relationship management. In this way you can manage your customers in a structural way, independent of working location. Always you customer information at hand, also on the road.
The fundament is layed by a extensive registration of customer information. Organizations can be categorized, tagged with categories, interests and specific characteristics.
Telephone reports reports of visits etc. can be added to the dossier. Because of tight integratoin wiht other modules, you can access orders from the shop and invoices in a easy way. Thus you will have complete, fast and effective insight with regard to the history of the customer. By integration with the today page you wil not forget to take action at the desired or required moments. Contacts where you registered a follow-up action, will keep appearing, until you have performed the planned action.
If a customer is marked as problematic, ordering in the shop will automatically blocked.
Full customer information can be exported to a XML file for usage in other software.
News letters
You can maintain misc. news letters. Users can subscribe and unsubscribe using "my profile" If the user is connected to a contact in the CRM, you can see there to which news letters your customer is subscribed. You can see all subscribers to a news letter using the news letter management. Sending a news letter is handled by email (for reasons of potential abuse unfortunately not in case of SaaS) and export to XML or a comma delimited file. In the last case you will need a email program for the actual transmission.
Lead management
Would you like to monitor your leads and opportunities? Not loose business opportunities by possible organizational or commercial mistakes? The CRM is integrated with a module projects, where leads can be registered and monitored closely for pro-active marketing. By integration with the today page you will not forget to take action at the desired or required moments. Leads which require action will keep appearing, until you have performed the planned action.
