Mod4U® offers you the possibility to open your own Internet shop. The shop module is integrated with the modules invoicing and CRM. Incoming orders can easily be handled. A number of payments methods are possible, such as online payments using PayPal or iDEAL.
PayPal is a eBay system, which also offers payment by credit cards. iDEAL is a system from a group of banks, which enables Dutch consumers to pay using their familiar Internet banking environment.
Using the invoicing module, you can manage your price list and upload pictures of products. Incoming orders can be assigned for handling to a colleague. You can freely edit the layout of your shop using templates and stylesheets.
Visitors of your website can put products in a basket and later pay using the online cash register. A invoice will be generated online automatically and made available as a HTML email. After ordering, customers can login to monitor the orders status or request a copy of the invoice.
Invoicing
The invoicing module is integrated tightly with the shop, CRM and orders.
- Orders from the shop will result in automatically generated invoices.
- Orders can be created and edited manually.
- Invoices can also be created manually.
- The layout of invoices can be edited using templates and stylesheets.
- Invoices can be send by HTML email and exported to XML and Exact software.
- You can manage product groups, price lists, VAT rates, VAT regions, units for invoicing, shipping methods, payment methods, currency and order status texts.
