Organize
Mod4U® offers you the possibility to organize your work online so you have planning information available at any time, in the office or on the road. Modules within this category are usually called groupware modules.
Available modules
Mod4U® is a web application with iModules, build for you with care. The following modules are available to organize your work:
- Calendar.
- Tasks.
- Convenient "today" page, where you can quickly see what you need to do from the calendar, tasks, CRM and vehicle administration.
- Interesting links.
- Vehicle administration with kilometer administration.
Calendar
This groupware module enables you to keep your calendar online and make it available to any one from anywhere.
Within Mod4U® you can have multiple calendars, each with its own purpose. Rights for reading and writing can be set per user.
Tasks
This groupware module offers you the possibility to register tasks to complete and monitor the progress.
Within Mod4U® you can have multiple tasks lists, each with its own purpose. The tasks module has the following characteristics:
- In the maintenance of forums you can create tasks lists. Rights for reading and writing can be set per user.
- In the page of Tasks a new task can be added. The original author and administrator have the possibility to delete a task.
- A user can indicate the wish to receive automated notifications by email, when another user adds a topic.
- While adding a topic, category, subject, description, status, start date, deadline, date where reminders should start and the person who should take action can be entered.
- Users can indicate the wish to receive automated notifications by email, when another user adds a topic. Users can add comments to exiting topics, while indicating if the comment is public only visible for colleagues.
- Users can add files to a topic, using upload. The allowed file types are limited to .jpg, .gif, .doc, .xls, .pdf, .odt, .ods en .txt. After upload, thes files are shown in the topic as downloadable files.
- A task usually has a status. This can be: "Not started", "In progress", "Completed", "Deferred" or "Cancelled".
Today page
This page contains an overview of unfinished appointments from the calendar, uncompleted tasks, to do items from the CRM and vehicle administration. From this list you can directly go to relevant items to take appropriate action. It is a practical aid to perform actions in time and especially never forget anything!
Interesting links
This module has the purpose to maintain lists of interesting and relevant hyperlinks, so you have your favorites at at hand at all times from anywhere. It can also be used to maintain the relevant favorites for the whole organization in a centralized way.
Within Mod4U® you can have multiple lists of links, each with its own purpose. In the maintenance of forums you can create tasks lists and make them available for guests. Rights for reading and writing can be set per user.
Vehicle administration
This module enables you to register driven kilometers by colleague and car, technical maintanance and administration of fuel usage. When the car needs a next technical inspection or the insurance is about to end, it will be reported in time, using the today page.
